The LMNL wiki
The current fully agreed-on state of LMNL (the Layered Markup and Annotation Language) is at lmnl.net, except for the part about its being out of date, and thus no longer fully agreed-on. This wiki is for ongoing work. Because LMNL development is ongoing, distributed, sporadic and multiheaded, you can (for the time being) expect the good stuff to be here.
Note: LMNL is a project under development! Do not believe everything you hear!
Note also: the wiki is semi-secured by allowing only account holders to edit pages, and only administrators to create accounts. We welcome participation, but if you want an account, you will need to join the discussion at the LMNL-dev mailing list and make a request there.

Take a look at current draft specifications for the LMNL data model and LMNL syntax.
